Is it possible in Ninja Trader to set up stops that are local only to my PC?

I have been having wierd issues trading SPY with IB where out of the blue a stop triggers when last trade price is nowhere near the stop and the sale that results is usually by exchange TMBR...

so what I want is to be able to set stops on my own machine with some sort of latency...
 
Yes you can.

NinjaTrader supported simulated stops which are held on your machine. They are submitted as market orders to the broker as the market trades through.
