Ninjatrader and prop firms

Any firms out there that offer connectivity through ninjatrader? for stock trading rather than futures.

would that answer be, "NO PROP FIRM?"

how can that be?? i thought NT was pretty reputable software....pretty much all futures broker offer it..

I doubt any reputable firm would go near Ninja. Honestly, there is no comparison between TT, CQG and Ninja.

OP said he wants it for stock trading.

NJ does not handle switching routes with stock easily.. last I heard, you had to setup custom symbols for every desired route.

So from that point of view, I don't think equity prop firms would touch it with a 10 foot pole.

So yes, I agree, I don't think any reputable equity firm would go near ninja, though not because CQG or TT are better.

super frustrated. just spent the last several months learning ninja script and developing several strats :/

It only took me an email exchange with the guys at NT about a year ago to find this out.

I was asking about the same thing, if it could be used for equities in a DMA environment.

I did the research before going down that road.

That said, if you don't mind going retail, you can always use NT with IB so long as you only care to use IB's own smart route and nothing else. But then again, you could use IB's own API if you want to do algo stuff...
