I understand life-time licenses of NT are not transferable. To my knowledge, the same rule doesn't explicitly apply to the 3 month subs.
I happen to have a 3 month subs, just a few days old, and I don't really need it - just took my eye off the ball and failed to unsubscribe via paypal.
Pretty annoying...
