Which broker is good to use with ninja for both equities and futures?
Are the commissions reasonable, and are there software fees?

Commish is the same with Ninja Trader. You do have to pay for the software.

Zen Fire is the best part of NinjaTrader , which you do not get at IB.

I am fairly sure The Zen-Fire feed is only futures.
