Ninja Trader Newbie needs help

Hi

I just downloaded NT7 and I have started to investigate its many features.

However, I feel that I need some kind of a manual to make maximum use of the platform. I don't know how to script in NT7 or even how to start so if anyone knows of any resource for the complete newbie at NT7, please let me know.
