ninja trader chart crash

Anyone else have problems with their charts crashing in Ninja Trader? I installed the windows .NET download, restarted the system, and still get messages that an "unhandled exception has occured, etc...." then there is a big red X on the chart screen. Only running the simulator mode until IB account is setup.

Have about 1.2gig of Ram so don't think that would be the problem. Appreciate any help.

considering that the creator of ninja trader made "fools" out of his beta testers years ago,,,,,,,,,,,,,sounds like poetic justice ...........

It could be java issue. did you check the settings for Java (MS or SUN) Ninja requires?

Check the Control Panel for the Java plugin to be enabled...but again I don't use Ninja, so please ask to the Ninja tech support should you use the MS or Java sun Java and especially it's really a java-related issue.
Also it seems someone else have similar problems here, on the Ninja newsgroup:

Thank you for the help Bernard, if I can't get it fixed, I'm only using it in the simulator mode for now.

I'm waiting for the Ninja/TT bundle to be available on the demo to have the free trial; otherwise you are going to give a try to one thing (demo could be still Pats-based) and then trading on another (hopefully better on TT gateway).
