Ninja issues today?

Anyone having an issue with order depth display today? I have the TT feed and for some reason today I am only getting the volume at the bid/ ask to display and not the volume of orders at the next 4 or 5 levels either side. Yes, I'm calling the broker and posting at Ninja, but like to have input from others when I get the canned IT responses, of "it must be on your end".

Do you have "Show Depth" set to true under the SuperDOM Properties window?
 
Ray, Thank you, that was the issue. Can you tell me how that setting changed? I had set it to "true" when I first started using Ninja a couple years ago, and haven't gone into the properties since. I had depth last week, but obviously it somehow changed when I opened this morning. I'd be cusiour if you had any input on why that might have happened.

You are very welcome. I would unfortunately not know how that could have happened. We have never had a report of this before.
