I have the same thing from a lawsuit where the other party pays the District attorney and money goes onto a card every few weeks. Everytime I check the balance, it costs me 50 cents. Plus I get charged a buck a month or so just for having the card. Unfortunately I never had a choice with this card. I figure over the last 10 years or so, they've probably gotten a few hundred from me. Not really alot of money, but its still kind of annoying. For me, it just little enough that I am annoyed and wont waste my time to try to do anything about it.
