Nice, France = Reap what you Sow.

Priceless. Perfectly describes the lies certain people put up multiple times a day. Another one is "I said it twice, so it's true"

You're just quoting shit from guys like yourself. Next you're going to say something stupid in a tape recorder, play it back several times, and then say you heard it often so it must be true.

Funny - are you able to insult Islam yourself or just Christianity?
All religions are an insult to critical thought; they just go by different names. It's ironic that God supposedly gave man the ability to think critically but then demands that He be accepted on faith alone. So the very thing that most differentiates us from all other creatures in the animal kingdom, a gift He supposedly gave us, is the one thing that God demands we suspend in favor of blind faith. You can have Him.

Some are still in the pursuit of meaning in life and look for it in debates on politics. Don't worry, as it certainly won't be there each one will get to the truth sooner or later. What choices they then make is of course up to themselves. Each time you hear someone disparage other religions, no matter which, you can be 99% sure that such individual is feeling empty and in search for truth him/herself.

With due respect, for my part, I am not singling out any particular religion. People can believe what they want. But as for filling a void and searching for meaning, one need not necessarily turn to magical thinking. And the idea of a supernatural, all-knowing, all-powerful and timeless being is the very essence of magical thinking.

Disagree. The only mysticism here is you endlessly holding against some lost cases of society who try to find scapegoats in immigrants and now blacks. You entertaining them in each and every new thread is the true mysticism here. But whatever floats your boat. Maybe you want to think about that all that BS may disappear by itself off this site if you stopped entertaining it. But you can feel free to not think about it as well.

Re Religion, In a way you directly disparage religion and those who put their faith in something. There are the gullible who can be convinced to put a certain degree of faith or belief in anything you tell them. But then there are highly educated, accomplished, and wise people who deliberately choose to put all their faith in God. It sounds ironic when you try to convince them that they have it all wrong.

I edited the "mysticism" part out of my post before I read your post, because it was not literally accurate. "Magical thinking" is perhaps more appropriate.

But your point is well taken.

Straw man post, as usual. A dog or cat can think. Probably as well as you, from what i've read of your posts. What God made man is a speaking spirit. The ability to shape his own destiny based upon the thoughts he has. You really think a dog doesn't have the ability to decide whether a person is there to feed him or do him harm? LOL But the inglorious image of yourself as a little god just doesn't quite work unless you create these fictional constructs.

Is a talking donkey hard to believe? Of course it is. But then when the alternative is to believe such critical thinking, scientific observations as everything came from nothing, one has to make a choice. You can have your critical thinking.

Actually I am an anti theist. I actually think all religions are bullshit.
I just wonder why you are so scared to criticize Islam but so quick to criticize Christianity.
Is that because the Left is so hell bent on Importing Islamists who hate the West you feel some urge to fall in line and not criticize??
