KWD downgraded yesterday...gets buyout offer today and it gapping up...way up!

Ten years ago First Albany had a great rep...now they're a joke. Name will be fully converted to Broadpoint after shareholder approval. When you suck..just change your name and hope everyone forgets. LOL.
