NFLX today is up 19.24% as we speak, From someone new to trading when a stock like this gaps up on earnings news how do traders profit from this? When it gaps up and say it flat lines all day, what traders are making money in this situation and how?

Feels out of gas and ready for some profit taking, and options will pull it down. Looking for a $120 close today.
