According to The Boston Herald, Moss turned down more money from the Eagles to return to N.E. That, and the fact that he took a huge pay cut to play last year should sit well with Pats players who took less than market value. I think the Pats have a lot of salary cap room to play with over the next few years so $9mil shouldn't stop them from hopefully restocking the huge gaps they now have on defense. The offense should be pretty much the same as last year.
