yep we are sitting pretty-all it would take is a new surge of buyers to push the shares past the hedgefund comfort levels and cause a MAJOR SHORT SQUEEZE
they would have to cover and the MM would let it happen
plus the ----------biggest thing i forgot to mention

4.00 dividend sometime after september before end of year!!!!!!
they were a REIT so they have to pay the dividend for 2006 to present shareholders!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

Dude, I had this at 6 and change and got rid of it too soon. It hurts watching it keep going up. It kills me to buy above 10. Finally broke 10 today...lets see if there is an afternoon surge...

Lots of shorts covered causing the price to be at these levels, no? from (5-9.50). Plus theygot a financing deal a couple weeks ago when it was like 7.92....DAMN, I missed this one.

the fundamentals have not changed and KRamer just gave it a thumbs up and admitted he owns NFI shares this morning-bastard bashed it on his show months ago
i think its criminal i guess its a way of buying shares cheaply for them
get back on board and go for a few dollar p.s. ride!!!!!!!!
