Now that I have memberships on the CME and CBOT I don't pay any NFA fees for trades executed on those exchanges. Not that I am upset about this but it does seem rather unfair that the little guys pay this fee while the bigger players can avoid it. (FYI I a never for higher taxes, I would rather see no one have to pay a fee to the NFA)
