Hi,

Can someone please tell me how much time does it take to get an approval from the NFA for the ddocs. Also what steps can I take in order to get a speedy approval?

Generally takes 2-3 months. There are a couple things that slow it down.

1)Not having your series 3 completed.
2)Choosing anything other than a 2/20 fee structure.
3)Having missing/incomplete info.
 
Hi,

I have a proprietary account that I trade which I would like to add to my disclosure document. How much time would it take to get an updated ddocs from the NFA. Will they still take another 2-3 months?

Not sure I follow. You already have an approved ddoc?

Simply adding info to an existing doc should be a bit faster. But why didn't you include it in the first draft?
