NexTrend: Reliable? Going Chapter 11?

I used Nextrend before the PDT rule took effect and put an end to my trading.....now I have the money to trade again, but I am unsure as to which provider I should go with. I liked the value (ie, cheapness) of NexTrend but it didn't have pre/post market data: Is that still the case? Are they reliable anymore? Earlier there was talk of them going out of business....is there any truth to this, and does anyone have any more recent opinions on the service NextTrend offers?

...one of our traders uses them (he swing trades and day trades the same stocks he is swing trading) , I was looking over his set up today and it seemed to be working fine. He closed his account up $14K+ today alone so I don't think NextTrend s holding his success back at all!
