NexTrend Hints and Tips

I got that pop up window saying I HAD to upgrade otherwise I could not access the software... What's that? I read the upgrade has bugs. Any feedback appreciated.
 
With the new release, when you click on a bar in a chart, the data pane cursor will be at the bottom thus not showing the most important data: time H,L,C. This is very inconvenient since to see these numbers you have to scroll up . It didn't use to be like that in the previous release. Anyone knows if it's possible to make the data pane cursor stay on top?

Kicking, you finally took the plunge :D Right click on the data pane, select Position Data Pane, then Across Top or On Left depending on your preference. I don't know how you manage to see it at the bottom as it's not an option.
 
thanks tom p, I get the data pane on left but since I have 5 charts on the page I can't see all the data in the data pane if I don't maximize the chart I am looking at. In the previous version I would only see the top of the pane: the H,L,C and time which I need to know for ex to enter above or below a particular bar, now on some charts I can only see the bottom of the data pane with MA data etc. To see H,L,C and time I have to scroll up or maximize the chart . One thing I don't like with Nextrend is that when the daily range gets extended the charts get very compressed and it's difficult to discern where exactly the price is compared to a previous bar, that's why I always check the numbers in the data pane or expand the chart. I tried to expand the price scale but then the bars touch the top or bottom of the chart window and it looks weird.
 
OK I think I found the solution to that problem. For those interested: click on the chart, if the cursor is down in the pane and you want it at the top bring it to the top then choose position data pane "across top", then back to "on left". The cursor should appear on top next time you open the data pane so you can see H,L,C and time even if the chart is not maximized.
 
I'm still a QQL subscriber.
After Esignal, i'm evaluating Nextrend.
The charting seems okay.
Just a problem: in my stocks Quoteboard Bid and Ask fields are always empty.
I don't know why.
