the only republican that has a chance of beating Hillary (if she stays out of jail) is Trump. Any other republican nominee she will decimate, and when it gets close play the sex card. Unbeatable. If it's anybody but Trump I would lay Hillary. ( 7 to 5 ob)
I think your biggest "high turn out " voters are the "Evangelicals". Even overseas we heard of them.

evangelicals only care about two things, abortion and sex. But they are a dying breed. Maybe if you include anybody who thinks a fiscal conservative is the same as a cultural conservative, maybe about 30% at most, and they are all dying. At anyrate, at the moment Trump leads by a wide margin from those who consider themselves "evangelicals" (which means people who stand on boxes and sell soap.)

In the majority of the world outside the U.S., basic antibiotics are over the counter medicine.
The issues with disease resistance to antibiotics come from the many nations where antibiotics are freely sold, not from the U.S. which ranks among the nations where doctors are least likely to prescribe antibiotics.
