Newt said he would spend the first few hours immedietely after the inauguration signing executive orders to kill Obamacare and reverse most of Obama's policies.
For the record, I don't think you can kill Obama Care through executive order. You need to starve it by cutting off the funding to it. But it would still live on, it would just die slowly.
