Anyone else having trouble understanding the substitute guy (i hope the other one is just on vacation)

Maybe I need a translator but i can barely understand a word the guy says. I can't imagine they couldn't find anyone else with a clearer voice.

haha, yes he is hard to understand. Also sounds like english is not his first language. The main guy is prob on vacation is my guess
