These are some full-feed solutions (giving all news on all symbols -- expensive but nice):
Activ seems to have a nice news feed with a seemingly clean API, but it probably costs a few bucks -- no idea how much.
Thomson/Reuters is a big player (the biggest?) in API-accessible news delivery, and they even have news-based algos they'll sell you, but their products range up into the super expensive (up to $1m / year, evidently!):
