need to work on discipline. took first long on break of W formation... ignored the resistance of the triangle and paid for it - stopped out.
took next long on break of triangle like I should have, 1/2 off at resistance and tried to hold last half but exited early... Could have had more profit if I held for longer.
Net -0.04 / -$40 per contract

Didn't take any NQ trades today but posting this for the record.
Not sure what to make of this. I was looking for to short in the highlighted area, but price broke through the trendline before showing strength to the downside then breaking to the upside, which looked like chop to me.
On hindsight the long could have been justified by the trendline break and retracement to the 50% line, but it still looks too choppy enter.
Would have been at least $200 per contract if I took it though.

price was retracing while bouncing around in a channel, so tried a short scalp at the top of the channel. exited early for breakeven, should have held until target.
other short was break of channel and continuation of strong downtrend.
net +0.34 / $340 per contract
