I just moved offshore and reside in the caribbean. Im not a full blown daytrader by any stretch, but do like to keep up with things and make semi regular trades.
This being said I need to set up a new e-trade account and I am looking for some advice.
My situation;
Reside in caribe.
Do minimal trading so small account balance.
Looking for least painful trade commissions based on my situation.
What e-trade sites do you recommend for me??
