I am looking into pursuing a career in prop trading. I've researched a bunch of firms and saw a lot of firms mentioned on this site but how do I go about determining which firm is the best - does anyone know what actually differentiates the firms? Which firms are truly the best/well respected? V. confused. How about profit split and buying power? What should I expect as a new trader?
