Newbie / whee can see the chart before 9:30 in IB?

Dear-

Not that current time of my writing is around 9:00 AM in IB screen.

Early this morning, I have placed a BUY order of MSFT at 31.1 so that hopefully the price of MOST hits 31.1 during 9:30 and 4:00.

But at the time of before 9:00, my order IS EXECUTED, possibly during PRE-MARKET(?)

Appreciated if anyone can tell me which chart I can see in IB, for such a situation before 9:30.
 
right click on chart, select chart parameteres, at the bottom select show data outside of regular trading hours. ok
 
In NYSE, what time do they open pre-Market, such as between 7:00 and 9:30?

Also how about after 4:00PM, such as between 4:00 and 6:00?
 
You get quotes starting @ 4am to 8pm for US mkts with IB. I forget which exchanges though. You can search IB site for it I think.
