Besides that, the core list will always be changing since too much attention ends up gravitating toward great stocks as they get more known. Eventually they get overrun by big players, computers & mooks, seems to take less time every year.

Don't ask others for stocks, you may not be able to see what they see anyway. Some traders love ADRs, others cant stand them, so find ur own.

And within the year the Hybrid will change everything and you will need to figure it out all over again.

Man, if we can find a stock with those qualifications, then making money in this market would be alot simpler. If u wanna learn to trade tape read news, then try something like GDT. Is in the news plenty. If you can learn to trade GM, you can make a considerable amount. I know this stock is excedes your volume criteria, but it has been one of the best stocks to trade with the constant stream of news. It is 20 dollars, and moves in a dollar range, you can size up with good volume when u learn it. While your learning your starting share size wont do much to affect the other people trying to make a living trading it.
