Newbie looking for good index futures firm.

I'm looking to trade Dow minis and Nasdaq futures, what are some good firms you guys recommend to open an account with?

Also, where is a good place I can learn more about index futures trading. Books? Web sites?

I'm a newbie at this, but actively trade other instruments.

have you tried trading ETF's like

DIA , SPY , QQQQ . IWM ?

if you do not have success with those
there is no way you will be successful with
stock index futures
