I think, not so sure that RJT has what you're looking for, except that I don't think there are brokers who don't offer an account minimum. Anyway, I think RJT ask for a small amount.

IB (www.interactivebrokers.com) fits your requirements:

- Daytrading "margin" is 50% of normal SPAN requirements during pit hours ($1969/$1575 for ES).

- $2.40/contract commish beats everyone, AFAIK

- While there is a $2000 initial account minimum, you need that much to open a single ES contract during pit hours anyway, so the minimum doesn't really apply.
