Hello community, can a US citizen add funds WITHOUT fees on IB?

Or it is not possible and you have to pay minimal fees, so, what is the best way to add funds by paying minimal fees?

To make a deposit, via internet, isn't that - free of charge ?

It does cost 1% per physical deposits tho

SOME times a local bank will give a good customer a free bank certified check or money order[double check with IBKR, on mo]. Mine has ; but its thier discretion;
especially ifs a hunk of money you withdraw-LOL
A bank wire is fastest, but some intraday time limits apply.
