Some brokers will let you deposit as little as $2,000 to trade e-mini futures with as many round trips per day as you want. InfinityBrokerage.com has pretty low margin rates.

Most will let you trade for 5K, some less. OEC requires 5k I believe. I would read through broker reviews here. I plan to move some funds to OEC as well.
You can make as many round trips as you want, there is no limit.
