Tsing, I work for the second most heavily regulated industry in the nation and worked for a company with over 3 billion in market cap. I am not a desk jockey nor am I a heavy equipment operator.

I do not disregard your business experience but your assertions are simply wrong, for a number of reasons. I attribute that to the alarmist attitude that most wingers have.
