'The Times’ rival, The Washington Post, published a story back in Oct. 2016 headlined, “#Biased? Reporters on Twitter don’t hold back about Trump”. The article mentioned Times reporters throughout, noting that “reporters are supposed to keep their opinion out of the stories they write” but that policy doesn’t seem to apply to Twitter. The Post called out Times staffers Alex Burns for attacking Trump on a regular basis – and that was before he defeated Hillary Clinton on Election Day.

Media Research Center Vice President Dan Gainor thinks it’s too little, too late when it comes to the Times' reporters appearing anti-Trump on social media.

Twitter has been around for 10 years and The New York Times is only now realizing that its staff say lots of stupid, left-wing things there? I know Baquet isn't active on Twitter, but he claims he is aware of the Times agenda problem. You'd never know it though,” Gainor told Fox News.

“His solution is a mere fig leaf so the Times can pretend to be a serious news organization. This is the same paper whose columnist Paul Krugman recently tweeted about a nonexistent cholera outbreak in Puerto Rico," he added.

"This is the same paper that tweeted about its climate change agenda in August, asking ‘What’s a greater threat to Guam? North Korea, or climate change?’ And it will be the same paper that continues to bash Trump across all platforms, no matter what this new rule claims.”'

I am not sure if it is a good thing for them to go back to hiding their bias so I removed my like.

I know a guy that reads the NYT end to end every day. He's suicidal sometimes, other times he's just in a shitty mood.... F%^k the NYT. It's good that those leftist bastards that work there tweet. It makes it unarguable that they are tremendously biased.

Reporters submit a story line that they follow for a year! That is why you pick the stupid thing up at Starbucks and find stories about dead issues. I guess the readers like the continuity of narrative, the sameness... [the lies, the absolutely murderous lack of inspiritation...]

ahaha .... the lunatic never stops with the lunacy :)

This is great

Brent Bozo's Media Research Center whining about bias on Fox News.

What's next Breitbart's Nazis whining about lack of diversity on Fox and Friends?

Although for a few years I've been seeing articles that are indistinguishable from blogs, I just don't remember the times being among them; doesn't mean I haven't. This in of itself is a huge problem. If your writing was no better than mine in highschool, and you can't keep your emotions out of it, I will stop reading. It has shown me that you are incapable of objective writing and I won't be gaining anything from continuing.

One of yesterday's CNN's stories springs to mind, I had to do a double take and figure out if I wasn't in a fake website disguised as CNN.

I don't particularly find much biased tone in the times reporting. You can argue that they report more on topics shitting on the right which is inarguably biased, and apparently some have been fabrications, but generally the tone remains objective..

It doesn't help that the editorial articles are a bit too prevalent and blend in under the same formatting/look.

Good move, just wish they'd have more editors doing the same for most internet content.
