You're ignoring that the broken orbital speaks to intent... and more so, the fact that the witness accounts are complete fabrications. The physical altercation took place in the car, and the cop was attacked. Brown's intent was to stay out of jail for the robbery he'd committed minutes earlier.

The kid had just committed a robbery. He WAS acting under the belief that he was a suspect when the cop arrived. Therein lies the motive for the attack on the cop. Truth be told he had nothing to worry about if he hadn't committed the robbery. The robbery changes the entire dynamic of the stop, but only because Brown acted with intent.

While the vast majority of trading vendors are the same, forum anti gurus seem to get a break. I've never seen one produce a long-term, verifiable track record. Real traders have better things to do. If they're going to help others, they do it privately.
