I guess even a multi-millionnaire in HK would say " Except if it happens you are actually a multi-billionnaire in Nigeria and even Democratic Republic of Congo ( Former Zaire , Belgian colony)" . Looks like you know your geography of Africa as you did not confuse with Congo ( Former French Colony).
