New York judge finds Donald Trump liable for fraud

Trump is absolutely correct

Former President Donald Trump compared his civil fraud fine with the punishment of Russian opposition leader Alexei A. Navalny, who died Feb. 16 in a Russian prison.

In a Feb. 20 Fox News town hall, host Laura Ingraham asked how Trump will put up the money for the almost half-billion-dollar fine.

"It is a form of Navalny, it is a form of communism or fascism," Trump replied.
 
This was a civil lawsuit brought by the AG in the New York Supreme Court which resulted in a civil penalty legla under the New York State statutues....

anyone still harping about no criminal finding or conviction is just completely ignorant of the law... or on the spectrum

Numerous avenues of appeal offer themselves. This unconstitutional illegality must be reversed for the good of all Americans.

This is a novel prosecution using 63/12. It has not been used in this manner before and was misinterpreted and applied exclusively to get Trump.
