Former President Donald Trump has received a decision in the $370 million civil lawsuit that could alter the personal fortune and real estate empire that helped propel him to the White House.
Trump, his sons Eric Trump and and Donald Trump Jr., and other top Trump Organization executives were accused by New York Attorney General Letitia James of engaging in a decade-long scheme in which they used "numerous acts of fraud and misrepresentation" to inflate Trump's net worth in order get more favorable loan terms. The judge in the case ruled in a partial summary judgment that Trump had submitted "fraudulent valuations" for his assets, leaving the trial to determine additional actions and what penalty, if any, the defendants should receive.
The former president has denied all wrongdoing and his attorneys have argued that Trump's alleged inflated valuations were a product of his business skill.

This judge is totally biased against President Donald Trump. His attorney Alina Habba stated, that the judge essentially, removed all evidence that favor President Donal Trump and the means to defend himself. This kangaroo court should not be operating in the US.

GFoogle is your friend, trump owns 2 major buildings in NYC in the past 30 years maybe? There are 2 new buildings beginning construction or undergoing renovations maybe every month in NYC....trump the king of real estate? Blackstone and several REITS are the largest landlord/owners in NYC.
Those of us who grew up in NYC have had trump since the early 1980s and watched him go bankrupts in Atlantic City and other areas several times....we still wonder how he enthralled all of you so much to look the other way...
Ask people to name real estate builders in New York city and Trump will be at the top of the list.
He made New York glitzy and cool for the last 40 years.
Now it is a cesspool
