New York judge finds Donald Trump liable for fraud

Show me any developer that doesn't do the same thing when leveraging property for a loan.

And btw lol... developers don't have the luxury of telling a county how much to appraise their property for. It's the other way around.:banghead:
Welcome to the real world.

Sure, the assessor's value is understated but they can't use comps. It was valued 20X assessed value.

Yep, that's what the villagers say.

I like to think of you as more than a one hit wonder. Based on the evidence in this thread so far…

Didn’t the New York legislature change some laws so they could charge Trump? Was it this case or was it another? I look it up later, but that sure smells of selective enforcement and that we are not equal under the law if we are from an opposing political party.

I am not a one hit wonder, however. I will link a new thread that will discuss foundational legal principles in regards to obligations of representation according to the nature of various legal relationships. The Left has been skating on a favorable media environment and misuse of our justice system for far too long. Time to challenge it.

Trump did -- multiple times in New York. He demanded of local government entities that his properties be assessed at unreasonably low values and even provided the "required figure". And yes, the the judge's summary touches on this in context that Trump was telling banks at the same time that the properties were worth more than 10x the tax value.

He priced rent-controlled units as not. His 11K SF triplex was reported as 30K for loan-purposes. These aren't even the serious crimes.

1. Who was the victim and how were they affected?
2. Did the bank(s) directly or indirectly have a part in determining “Reasonable value”?
3. How was reasonable value determined and why should that method have authority?
4. How many other businesses has the prosecution brought a similar lawsuit?
5. Did the judge err when categorically denying an apparent reasonable defense?
6. The case has not been actually decided yet. The judge apparently ruled on a lesser point of the case, correct?

1. The US fucking taxpayer.

You are confusing this with the rape.

Why don't you just focus on having a happy life instead. Remember, I recommended you find a girl who can't speak English, it will really help you.

So your daughter is out. No Trump supporting in-law in your family, you poor souls.

At least I don’t get thrown out of a window. Right? Right?
