New York is Dead

That's very kind of you. Really. But I don't eat hamburgers at restaurants. I like beef and I often like it ground. However, several years ago I used to buy the best, extra lean grade at

I have no doubt that it tastes good. I just hope there is no ENT content. To be fair, I suspect that at a place like that, it probably doesn't.

Other than a few "almost homeless" businessmen walking around, I don't notice much difference. restaurants packed, luxury goods still selling, positive vibe.
Huh? You are an idiot.

I lived my entire life on the upper east side, before recently relocating to a quieter environment. You haven't a clue! You have zero foresight. Just ask the condo owner who now cannot sell at any price. Just ask luxury goods sellers who are verging on bankruptcy. It's not what it looks like now, but in a few months and years. You cannot see the future, and as such, you suck as a trader too.

Make no mistake. The future calls for big trouble in nyc. It's approaching fast.
