"One fellow even said ‘I’m caught in an insane asylum, everybody’s gone crazy, I will work for half," a founding faculty fellow and former Portland State University professor, Peter Boghossian, told Fox News in an exclusive interview. "They're desperate to get out. They can't stand the illiberalism."

"They can't stand the censoriousness, they can't stand the diversity statements," he continued. "They can't stand pretending to believe something that not only do they not believe, they just know it is false, but they can't do anything about it lest they receive accusations of bigotry or discrimination."

Depends on what their business model is.

It used to be difficult to start a university but these days, you get licensed to do business, get zoom accounts, some willing professors, and you are in all 50 states by the end of the year. Use Dogecoin to make a payment.

Yeh, not a lot of worrying about bricks and ivy and parking for student. Not having to worry about lockdown and masks all that shiite makes online easier too.

Not saying that is right or wrong. Just sayin the means and mode of doing business or constituting a university is pretty different these days. I was going to say "all you need is a laptop"to be either a professor or a student but I might be dating myself a bit. Probably a smartphone is good enough. :cool:

Certainly not the New England type of university that I am used to. Today you see some guy sitting on a bench and there is a girl sitting next to him that likes, so he reflexively wants her to send him a pic so that he can see what she looks like. Hello dude- she is sitting right there.

As a largest scam-bis model, universities should pay attention to this, else, later on, will be suing it, like viasat/toyota now sues the tesla/space-x.

Anyway, i bet, similar crowd will show at their door step the first day.
