Study everything - including books.

But question whatever and wherever you obtain market knowledge from.

Oh and please forget paper trading - very little gained and most likely false confidence for the time spent.

See my earlier message post in this thread with info about top universities in the U.S., Canada and internationally that offers classes in trading, professional trading rooms, lecturers from top institutional trading firms and top private traders, internships, international trading competitions between the universities and many other things.

Continuing, a lot of the worlds top firms and alumnus are donating millions just so that they can get their names on the wall at the universities and get early access to top students of trading.
