I've used musicmatch jukebox for quite a while. works very well.
I've recently switched to iTunes (for Windows). Works equally well. It seems to produce identical mp3 files (same size at least) to musicmatch so I suspect they have licensed the same mp3 encoder.
I use iTunes, since I use an iPOD for listening.
