I thought the SEC role is to ensure confidence in the markets. Suing people does not instill confidence in procedure(s).

There are other methods of recourse for individuals.

No, stealing from people does not instill confidence in people.

Byrne has discovery vs. Wall St. and Gradient/Rocker. The Street is panicking. That is what this is about. The Discovery is deadly. They are panicking that everybody will jump on the bandwagon.
