This board is fanless.
 
$265 seems ambitious, given there are lots of working pulls with cables for $100- 150 on eBay. Of course, new condition is worth something -- if you're buying from a store where you can return it, rather than from an anonymous chatboarder. OP gives no indication of his "return policy."

Most of us wouldn't use a 4-port card for trading unless we didn't have a choice. If your mobo has 2, PCIEx16 slots, 2 dual-head cards are usually preferred.

Nvidia's "NVS" quads have the best reputation, fewest problems.

When the NVS 450 was in current production, you couldn't hardly get one for <$450. Not sure they were ever worth that much, but at the time it was about the only one in the market place.

Passmarks on Nvidia NVS cards....

NVS 450 = 93... quad, DP
NVS 310 = 277... dual, DP
NVS 315 = 332... dual, DMS59-DVI
NVS 510 = 760... quad, mini DP

None are high performance but more than adequate for trading. And if you desire to keep fan noise to a minimum, the NVS 450 (fanless) might be your only choice in a quad.
