New question, old subject; Who is best prop?

Hello All
Interested in prop trading and want to know who is best overall.
The cytrade site is impressive but after talking to them, realized they are @&&holes, and I didn't like JC either.
Who is reliable with good technology, and no BS on payment.

I am interested also, but being new, would like a good shop with good coaching to get me going.

Do these even exist or am i doomed to explore this market alone first?
