New Nasdaq Trading Fees

Does anyone know what these are and when they take affect?

I am referring to the reports I have heard that the Nasdaq will be lowering the cost to trade on Supermontage, I am assuming this means lower fees for SUMO orders or charges when taking liquidity using SIZE. Anyone?
 
Anyone? Did I just dream this up or did I actually hear this? I could not find anyhting on Nasdaq trader but figured the well informed traders here could help me out . Any info. would be appreciated.
