I'm sure it may vary broker by broker, also.
I make sure to moniter some cash ETFs\100% of foreclosures are caused by leverage.
Dave Ramsey is right on that also.
I asked the local bank bank teller, today ''is it still 2-3 days for check to clear??]
OF course that's worse case scenerio average] She said yes.
But then added its gotten faster......
BUT most any loan can be called @ any time.
Even if a loan is called with good-generous notice\Dave Ramsey went bankrupt when another bank bought out his bank\then called the loans, asap
