dtrader98, my point was that KDASFTG is using Windows XP, which is 12 years old, so of course his browser isn't going to display modern sites correctly. In your case, the problem is clearly a browser issue, since it works fine on Windows Explorer. There have been 5 versions of the Waterfox browser since the one you are using, so maybe upgrading to Version 31 will help.

Nice suggestion on the upgrade - but, did not work. However, I did some research and found a solution.:)

For firefox/waterfox users:
Tools > Options > Content : Fonts & Colors > Advanced: [X] "Allow pages to choose their own fonts, instead of my selections above."

hope it helps anyone with garbled font/icons.

Turns this:

into this:

Yet there are millions of copies of XP still in use. It works just fine for most who use it.

I have never understood why any site would want to basically make it impossible for a sizeable pool of potential users to access their site. Just to be up to date? Plenty of sites are very accessible on XP, so it' s not like it's impossible.

I'm sure Baron has stats about his users and XP probably comes in at less than 1%. I also think the onus should be on the users to update to the latest OS and browser.

That is a typical techie response. I'll bet there are far more than 1 % using XP. Blaming your customers is also a pretty poor business strategy. The fact is, most websites work fine with XP.

It's to the customers benefit to use the latest OS and browser for security reasons.

As a person with impaired vision this new look is a disaster.
The bright screen and the grey characters lack contrast and hurt my eyes.
It would be nice to have an option to change the background and font colors.
I like the old look much better.
