New Level II Exchange Code for Nasdaq stocks?

Anyone notice there's a new exchange code being posted under time and sales for some Nasdaq trades? The new one is "NASD." I think this is a new exchange which includes non-participants (INCA)? Anyone have any ideas? The other exchange codes I see are NMS, CSE (Island) and sometimes AMEX.

No, here is my point all the bids and asks on the outside of the best quotes are subject to change. A market maker can pull those oustide quotes anytime. So in effect they are not real unless they actually get to the inside
