New layout fields wanted

I trade with dozens of liquidity-adding limit orders pending simultaneously and it gets tedious to update all of them manually.

1. I want a layout field that turns GREEN when my bid is the best bid and RED otherwise.
2. I want a button that will change the price of my unexecuted bid to be a penny more aggressive than the best bid.

This is just basic stuff that was implemented for TradeSkillMaster / Auctionator in World of Warcraft a decade ago.

(and pegged-to-primary won't work because I want a positive offset with rollback on stuff that isn't traded on ISLAND)
