my hotkeys for increase/decrease the price does not work. i tried to record it again but still not working. Any suggestion

I recall stuff like this happening after other upgrades. My solution was a clean install. Yes that means reconstructing all your hotkeys and pages by hand.
If you look at the Java window when starting TWS (start TWS using java.exe instead of javaw.exe) you can probably see some errors are certain points when TWS is trying to read your config files.
